Paul Cole, Executive Director
Paul is in charge of community relations, fundraising, program management, strategic planning, and general day-to-day management of all opertations.
Carol Paulson, Volunteer Manager
Carol recruits, trains and supervises the volunteer staff at PACS, and assists the director with fundraising and general operations.
Tim Zollbrecht, Thrift Store Manager
Tim operates the thrift stores and manages the staff and volunteers that keep it running. As chaplain, Tim assists volunteers and staff with their spiritual needs.
Barbara Maddox, Clinic Manager
Barbara manages the PACS Family Health Clinic and recurits physicians, nurses, and other individuals to volunteer in the clinic. She also assists with clinic fundraising.
Brian Vistaunet, Administrative Assistant
Brian Vistaunet answers phones and assists with office management, fundraising, marketing and media relations.
Donna Keeler, Assistant Thrift Store Manager, Clinic Receptionist
Donna manages receiption duties in the clinic, answering the clinic phone, scheduling appointments and receiving patients. In the afternoon she assists Thrift Manager Tim Zollbrecht with Thrift Store operations and volunteer supervision.
Part-Time and Volunteer Staff
Ron Meisner, Food Distrubution Manager
Ron orders food from the Oregon Food Bank, coordinates the pick-up of food from the OFB and other commercial donors, oversees distribution and supervises volunteers. Ron works every other week, alternating with Assistant Food Distribution Manager Jack Farr.
Jack Farr, Assistant Food Distribution Manager
Jack alternates weeks with Ron and handles many of the same tasks.
Traci White, Social Services Manager
Tracie oversees our interaction with food and clothing clients, making sure they are qualified and receive the services they need most. She also supervises the volunteers in her department.
Sam Pellecer, Plant Services Manager
Sam makes sure all aspects of the PACS facilities are in good working order, handling needed repairs, contacting maintenance and janitorial personnel, and ordering needed supplies.
Larry Miller, Income Revenue Accountant
Larry keeps track of monetary donations received by PACS, making sure that donations are allocated correctly.
Carol Holmberg, Goods Processing Coordinator
Carol oversees our donations center in the morning, receiving donations, organizing goods and pricing them for the Home Store.
Ladrina Mobley, Goods Processing Supervisor, Apparel
Ladrina handles clothing donations in the morning. She manages the sorting and pricing process for the apparel store, and assists the volunteers in her department.
Barbara Windham, Goods Processing Supervisor
Barbara handles clothing donations in the afternoon. She manages the sorting and pricing process for the apparel store, and assists the volunteers in her department.
Lidiya Gavrilenko, Food Distribution Supervisor
Lidiya supervises the food warehouse, sorting and distributing food and assisting volunteers. She speaks five languages and often helps non-English speaking clients with services.
Jaya Stafford, Food Distribution Assistant
Jaya helps with food distribution and client assistance in the food pantry.
Iris Stanley, Office Assistant
Iris watches over the gift shop, helping customers and keeping things in order. She also answers phones and assists with office duties. Her proofreading skills are a much needed asset to PACS.
