PACS COW Mobile Pantry

The PACS COW takes food to neighborhoods with needy families, with a special focus on underserved communities. It uses a modified version of the "client choice model" founded by and used in PACS' on-site pantry. Clients are allowed to walk through the customized trailer with a shopping cart and select food from the shelves and refrigerators that line the walls. The trailer is even accessable by wheelchair!

To receive food assistance, you must pre-register by calling the number associated with the time and location that works for you (requirements are the same as listed for PACS' on-site pantry). We thank our partner organizations who are providing the host sites, pre-registration services, and part of the volunteer help required to operate the PACS COW.
