About Us

PACS is a private, not-for-profit service organization that addresses the needs of low-income families and individuals. In 2012 a record 310,284 people were served by PACS programs.

PACS services include:
- PACS Health Clinic
- PACS Food Pantry
- PACS Thrift Store

In 2012 1,306,067 pounds of food were given out. In that same year over 370,281 household articles were distributed through our low-cost thrift stores, including clothing, shoes, furniture and kitchenware. The PACS Family Health Clinic provided primary care to 1,709 uninsured patients. PACS also provided advocacy and referral services for housing and medical help.

PACS is located on 11020 NE Halsey St., Portland, OR 97220. The cross street on Halsey is 111th Ave. TriMet bus 77 stops right in front of PACS and bus 23 stops less than a block away. The Gateway Transit Center is a 15 minute walk away, featuring access to MAX Blue, Red and Green lines and multiple bus lines.
